02/07/2016 We purchased a CPO ML350 and had some very minor items that needed to be addressed. We are completely 100% satisfied with the SUV and our salesperson Melissa WIlcox. She went beyond the call of duty to assist us with buying this SUV, however we were initially disappointed with some issues with another staff member.. After speaking with several long term ... h several long term customers that we trust, I now firmly believe this may be a personnel issue rather than an overall dealership issue. I will update once I speak with the GM Brett Denver. UPDATE 02/15/2016 General Manager Brett Denver took care of our issues with complete satisfaction on our part, My Wife and I now feel confident that our issues will not be repeated with other customers. We look forward to dealing with Mrs.Wilcox and Mr Denver in the future.

This morning I went to Jack Ingram Mercedes to have the transmission fluid checked in my Mercedes. I was greeted by Mr. Jack Pickett, who treated me as if I were a King. As soon as he found out what I wanted he contacted a Mr John Broadway to check my transmission fluid. He made his inspection, added some fluid to my transmission and had me on my way in a very short ... ort period of time. All employees of Jack Ingram would do well to emulate the customer support and expertise displayed by Mr.Picket and Mr. Broadway. You can bet I will be a returning customer. My heart felt thanks to these two great gentlemen.

Excellent service from beginning to end with Carlos Harper and ending with Tim Benefield. It was not a long and drawn out process to purchase car, no coming back next day to complete and sign paperwork. Carlos took the initiate to have loan approval before my arrival; I made car selection, took for test drive and finalized paperwork. I arrived at the dealership about ... 5:45pm and was leaving about 7:30 pm. Car was washed, cleaned and gas tank filled. I have bought a few cars but never this swift. Kudos to the Carlos and Tim, it was worth the short drive from Birmingham!

We are MS residents and once we decided MB would be our next vehicle, we visited our local dealer. We were extremely disappointed with the level of service, knowledge and lack of return calls, and decided not to do business there. Instead I made contact with Brett Denver of Jack Ingram Motors in Montgomery AL - a 4+hour drive away for us. What a commitment to their ... customers they have! Brett made everything so easy, and we were able to do the entire deal via phone and email. When we arrived to pick up our new MB, it was clearly marked "I'm Sold!" on the showroom floor. There were zero "surprises" or changes to the original numbers we had worked out. It was truly the easiest buying experience we've ever had, and we so appreciate Brett and salesman Tony Gibson for their professionalism, product knowledge, and exemplary customer service.
